You will forever be in my heart. I’m so sorry for what has happened and I’m sorry that my body couldn’t let you thrive. You were a suprise to me and your father, we love you so much and you were loved. My heart is shattered that I couldn’t save you, but I will be with you in your passing. I will mourn your loss of life and I will carry a piece of you inside me forever. You will never be forgotten and i hope one day, you can come back to us.
I love you my poppy seed. I will see you again and I will hold you for eternity, in paradise.
