My baby, Sam. It was the most difficult decision to make but one I knew I had to. I didn’t expect to feel this empty now that you’re gone. But I know it was the right decision. That doesn’t mean I don’t love you with all my heart, because I do. There is comfort knowing you’ll be cared for by your Great Grandmother who we lost just last month. Know that you are always thought about, always loved and will always have an extra special place in my heart. One day we will be together again. Love you always x x
